(sleeps maxium 8 - Bedroom #1 - King Bed, Bedroom #2 Queen Bed, Bedroom #3 one double bed and one twin bed (with a twin trundle) and Bedroom #4 2 twin beds and family room 1 queen sleeper sofa)

Our quaint neighborhood a private park with shuffleboard, horseshoes and open space to enjoy our awesome Florida weather.

"Tranquility Waterfront Home- Open Bay View" RATES

Minimum 7 night's stay. Must arrive & depart on a Saturday (Call for other arrival days may be availble from time to time) All rentals must add 11.5 % tax. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am. $ 750 security deposit on all stays. Rental rates quoted without tax. No pets allowed. (Sometimes we make exceptions for small pets under 20 pounds) Note: we are running a special until we are able to renovate our kitchen (we have one counter that has a little damage)

-Conditions:

• The above rates DO NOT include sales tax of 11.5%
• Reservation deposit (35% of Total Rental) must be received in advance to confirm dates.
• Full Refund if cancelled 120 days in advance of arrival date.
• Cancellations: In the event you must cancel your reservation, the reservation deposit will be refunded if written notice is received one-hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the beginning of your rental period. If notice of the cancellation is received less than one-hundred and twenty (120) days but more than ninety (90) days in advance of the arrival date, a cancellation fee of $1,000 ( per week rented) will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be refunded. If reservations are canceled less than ninety (90) days in advance of the arrival date, the total deposit will be forfeited. All refunds will be processed at the end of the monthly accounting period.
• Specials have limited availability- Sold on a first come first serve basis.
• All specials and weekly discounts may be withdrawn without notice at anytime.
• Monthly Rates available January, May, September, October and November to mid December. Call for rates!
• We supply all bed linens and bath towels (no beach towels)
• There is no daily maid service. The home has its own laundry room that is available free of charge.
• If you check out after 10:00 am and before 12:00 noon you are subject to a $250 penalty. If you have not vacated by 12:00 noon your full deposit will be lossed.
• All cars and trailers must be parked on the property . No parking is allowed on the street or in the common area of the neighborhood. Please respect our Neighbors.
• No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking will constitute a $250 cleaning fee deducted from your security deposit.
• No loud music or any louse noise outside of the home at anytime especially after 9 PM. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS PRIVACY.
