Villa types are guaranteed, however exact villa number are NOT.
Reservation deposit (35% of Total Rental) must be received in advance to confirm dates.
Full Refund if cancelled 28 days in advance of arrival date.
Cancellation Fee $250 ($500 for holidays & special events) if cancelled less than 28 days & more than 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations less than 14 days will forfeit full deposit amount.
Specials have limited availability- Sold on a first come first serve basis.
All specials and weekly discounts may be withdrawn without notice at anytime.
Monthly Rates available January, May, September, October and November to mid December. Call for rates!
We supply all bed linens and bath towels (no beach towels)
There is no daily maid service. Every villa has its own laundry room that is available free of charge.
